It is recommended that all visitors call ahead at least an hour before their expected arrival time for road and weather updates. For unscheduled closures, please check our Facebook page. Red Sleep Drive is now closed for winter. Prairie Drive will remain open, weather permitting, and we are on our winter hours: Front Gate: 8am-6pm | Visitor Center 8am-5pm.
Prairie Drive is currently open but will be partially closed on Wednesday, 11/12/25, to allow our maintenance crew to regrade damaged sections of the road. We are expecting Prairie Drive to be fully open again on 11/13/25.
